Cream Cheese Foam
machi’s unique cream cheese foam has always been the top pick by our customers.
Our Innovation & Research team relentlessly tests source ingredients to bring you only the ones that provide the best tea-drinking experience. Over 30 types of cream cheeses from Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the USA were reviewed for our Cream Foam. The final decision was to use the cheese from New Zealand, cream from Japan and fresh milk from Taiwan.
We then manually mix these exceptional ingredients with a golden ratio to bring you a beverage with the perfect blend of taste and texture for your senses to enjoy.
Crème brûlée
machimachi was the inventor of the special mixture black milk tea with Crème brûlée. The different layers were of a fresh milk tea as the base, thick layer of brulee, then forming a crispy caramel surface on the top.
The way of tasting a machi Crème brûlée starts with taking a small sip of the brûlée, then break the top crispy caramel layer, insert the straw up to the bottom, one sip with all the layers together.
Pearl Jelly
All pearl jelly from machi are specially brewed and stewed manually for at least an hour and half in to morning to ensure the sweet taste and chewability.
We only use our pearl jelly there are produced within 2 hours .
Fresh Fruit
All fruits are delivered in the same morning of the day, supplied directly by local farms. They will be washed and sliced in the machi store 2 hours before the door opens, no surprised to see these sliced fruits were well organised in our clean container.
We aim to provide our customers the most original taste of our fruit tea and health is also our top priority.
